Enjoy our Gourmet Grape Wine Dinner Series with a lineup of intimate wine dinners spotlighting an iconic champagne house from the Épernay region of France and award-winning boutique wineries from the sun-kissed California regions of Santa Barbara and Sonoma.
Chef Hugo Bolaños invites guests to journey through a sensory culinary experience that delights the palate one taste and sip at a time. Set in Avalon, Coin & Candor’s intimate private dining room, guests will indulge in the four-course pairing menus while learning about the menus from chefs, winemakers, and special guests from the vineyards. Menus will be available closer to the wine dinner dates.
